‘T884‘ is a table on floor level designed for a meal for two. The table top and sides are mitre-cut and made of parquet, joint by pegs. It is 30cm high, with outside measurements of 62 x 96 cm. The table top has a lowered, milled groove in shape of two plates. These merge into each other to signal a shared relationship and to connect the ‘moment of eating‘. This table is made out of 884 oak wood pieces. Its gentle form creates a warm atmosphere for remarkable meetings.
